HPER Alumni Mike Williams, Atlee Zipf, Make Us Proud.

     

Mike Williams, BS 1996 Physical Education, credited with helping save basketball player Danny Berger, has been honored by Utah State Legislature. Mike has also been awarded the Heartsaver Hero Award by the American Heart Association.  Read more here.

Authentic California Ski Bum, Eadric Bressel, Makes Full Professor. It is a USU tradition to celebrate the success of a faculty member who is promoted to full professor by inviting them to present an inaugural lecture at the President's home to an audience of  friends, family, students and colleagues.HPER faculty member and now, full professor, Eadric Bressel, recently presented his "Path to Academic Success."  Read all about it here and here.

  Utah State football player and Human Movement Science major McKade Brady was named to the Capital One Academic All-America Division I first-team. McKade is only the 7th Aggie in school history to receive this honor. Read more.

USU students rock on the Certified Health Education Specialist Exam

100% of the health education students who took the CHES in 2011 passed (the national pass rate is 75%) and our test scores on all of the 7 competency areas of the CHES were above the national cohort.  Way to go health education students!
